John F. Querio
John Querio is a partner at the firm, where he has worked on dozens of civil appeals in state and federal court. His trial and appellate experience covers a wide range of practice areas, including arbitration, class actions, the anti-SLAPP statute, the First Amendment, legal malpractice, malicious prosecution, hospital peer review, products liability/toxic torts, premises liability, breach of contract, punitive damages, civil rights litigation, and insurance coverage.
