Jason R. Litt
Jason Litt joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2008. He is admitted to practice in California state courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Litt has handled numerous cases before the California Supreme Court, the California Court of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Several of these cases resulted in significant published decisions, which have established important legal propositions in the fields of insurance bad faith, government entity litigation, products liability law, employment law, trade secret law, and attorney fees.
Mr. Litt is one of the managing partners of the firm and a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, an organization consisting of general counsel of major corporations and managing partners of leading law firms, dedicated to promoting diversity in the legal profession.
