Kris Bahr joined the firm in 2007.
He is admitted to practice in the states of California
and Utah.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bahr was a law clerk for Justice Jill N.
Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court.
Mr. Bahr earned his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University, where he was a National
Merit Scholar and Albert Buildner Writing Prize Winner. He earned his Juris Doctor
(cum laude) from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University,
where he served as a senior editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review
and as a teaching assistant in the legal writing program, and was awarded an
Academic Achievement Award in legal writing. He is proficient in both
Portuguese
and Spanish.
