Adam Flake joined the firm in 2007.
He is admitted to practice in the California state
courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit and the Federal District Courts
for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts
of California.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Flake practiced
law at Munger Tolles & Olson in Los Angeles, where he
was involved in a wide variety of civil cases, including
claims for legal malpractice, securities fraud, trademark
infringement, and violations of the False Claims Act. Prior
to joining Munger Tolles, Mr. Flake was a law clerk for the
Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon of the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Flake earned his Bachelor of Science
(cum laude) from Brigham Young University. He earned his
Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the University of Michigan,
where he served as an editor on the Michigan Law review,
and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
