Alicia Pell joined the firm in 2007.
She is admitted to practice in the California state
courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the
Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court
for the Central District of California.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pell was
a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, where
she was involved in a wide variety of civil cases, including
securities fraud class actions, insurance coverage disputes,
and tax litigation matters. She also held judicial clerkships
with the Honorable Ferdinand F. Fernandez, U.S. Court of
Appeals, Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Thomas M. Shanahan,
U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska.
Ms. Pell graduated magna cum laude from
the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Sociology. She also received her Juris
Doctor from the University of California at Los Angeles,
where she served as an Articles Editor for the UCLA Law Review.
