Favorable Client Reaction To MCLE Seminar on Preserving Issues for Appeal

In the past five months, we have presented 11 seminars on The Keys to Success on Appeal. These two-hour seminars have been given to in-house counsel and claims personnel who are both litigating appeals themselves and supervising outside counsel. The seminar provides an overview of the appellate process, techniques for preserving the record at trial for later appellate review, and a method for asking the right questions about any case to determine if it is a candidate for appeal. Those who have attended these seminars have said they find them extremely informative and valuable.
